Does it count no of steps?
How accurate is the calorie tracker? I am getting numbers higher than other devices but in line with numbers I get online
Subscription for a $300+ product?
Hahahahahahahhahahaha
Pass.
I just like the way it looks. I dont care about the fitness features.. i wish i could find a regular band look so slick
Apple Watch is already doing all of these thing + it acts as a phone on wrist, notifications device and so much more, all without a subscription.
Why this crap needs subscription.. Can some one explain?
Just which it had digital watch
Love your videos your my go to man when I am looking at fitness tech thank you so much for this review it’s a no for me to the whoop
defective item shipped and customer service / support does not respond – that should be enough feedback for a premium subscription service
Could you do a review of the latest whoop 4 firmware update? I love your content btw! ?
Thank for the wonderful in-depth review. This far exceeds what I’ve been researching for awhile. Love hearing the shortfalls too so it gives me some realistic expectations.
I am bummed about the fairly expensive subscription too. For everything, I might be okay with something creeping towards USD $12 -15/mth.
Maybe there could be tiered level of service with $2 for each component in the future.
All things considered there is one thing that’s moving me towards using this.
I prefer to not use a tracker on my wrist but rather have it higher on the forearm or even on my bicep.
Forearm cos it doesn’t get in the way when I’m working with my hands generally.
Bicep so I can have it hidden under my sleeve for whatever occasion.
I feel sensors need to stop trying to be a watch and just be what they’re meant to be, sensors.
IS there a reason why you wouldn't just tell us what support got you to do that increased your battery? Seems odd to not just say.
I noticed Mathew Van Der Poel is now wearing a whoop 4 in all races and training .
It's a big scam. Make sure you slept at least 7 hours a night. Log your sleep with a simple free sleep app. Drink minimum 8 glasses of water upto 16 glasses of water. Eat nutritious food when you are hungry and stop before you are full. You don't need any gadgets and gimmicks.
5:38 it’s based on a RPE scale which intended to associate effort with heart rate. So a 6 is a no effort since most people’s resting heart rate is 60. 21 is the max since for most people 210 heartbeat is an all out max rate. Hopefully this helps anyone in the future.
Super review bro, one ques – can we see this analysis on website on laptop ? or only on mobile app !
i wonder if the data helps or if it’s just better to listen to your body. i spend the last 2 days in bed but i did a ton of shit early in the week
subscription for a device ?
what is this ? cable device ?
all of benefits out the window compared to a watch.
in 2 years subscription gets you most expensive watch with free app for life.
deal breaker.
Do you NEED the subscription program or is it a option?
I'm fine with the subscription, but 3-4 days of battery life is kind of ridiculous when the Inspire 3 lasts a week
