  1. I think I went through 6 Wahoo tickr. Then switched to Garmin. Hope this one is solid

  2. I gave up on the original Tickr when it leaked battery acid on me but I love the Tickr Fit! Rechargeable battery is the way to go!

  3. I had 2 Tickrs which last 6 and 9 months then Wahoo would not warrant. I haven’t spent more with the brand since.

  4. 4 of my wahoo tickrs failed – let’s see in a year if I will pick this one up

  5. I remember going through 2x of their originals in 2015/16 then another 3 in 2019/20/21….. finally switched to a Garmin HR Pro and it just worked (apart from the straps breaking down from pool water)

  6. my Polar H10 disconnects or disappears sometimes… thinking i died or something

  7. I’ve had several wahoo HRM and have been greatly disappointed even though I use wahoo Roam , switched to Trek HRM flawless ..

  8. By no means do I intend to advertise this product but I have been using for years Garmin HR and they all failed miserably. A few years ago I bought a Bontrager HR and it has been working no problem.

  9. I too have given up on heart rate straps, due to them dying after 6 months. Go the smart watch instead.

  10. Great to know that my HRM killing capabilities are not a unique skill 😀 Really looking forward to the follow up on this one. My Garmin HRM Pro probably dies around that time anyways.

  11. Wahoo Kickr – AWESOME, Wahoo Elemnt – Good, Wahoo HRM – FORGET IT
one Garmin HRM has now long outlasted 4 Wahoo ones

  12. I've also killed a Polar H10, I'm in the same boat as you, anything works great for the OEM battery, once that goes, the device goes to crap.

  13. Perfectly placed hawk tuah. ? I thought I was the only one that did that to get the monitor reading. Also, I had no idea the Tickr has issues. I've had mine for 10 months and it's still working great. I'm curious what the problems are with it.

  14. Can’t explain how or why but I’ve changed the battery x4 and no issues. Only replaced the strap as my dog chewed my old one. I anticipate it will now fail having given it a glowing review, but no complaints from me
