Hey Des! I appreciate your video , I hope you can give me some advice on this .
I have an Apple Watch which I am not very fan off , what I am trying to do is to transition to full heart rate monitor for my every day device , I have the whoop but it’s expensive so I wonder how the Rhythm can connect and work as an Apple Watch for us ? I monitor my workout at the gym today via Wahoo app and also I’ve used the whoop as well , but I want to stick to one thing and of course save some money . Please if you see that message help to discern what would be the most efficient thing to do . I appreciate you
Has anyone used this for boxing/martial arts activities that involve a lot of arm movement? Curious if it stays in place if I'm throwing various punches.
What happened to the universal carrying case? The link didn’t take me too it.
