  3. I am interested in timer function. You can tap anywhere within the display to stop timer? And do you need 2x tap for stop or only once?

  6. Thanks for the review. I'm disappointed in my Garmin Vivosport. I notice in the video also, there are many, many 'mis-hits' on the menu. I find the menu system cumbersome and awkward to repeatedly navigate. This is my 'first' fitness tracker, so I don't know how others compare. There are quite a few 'good' points about this device and I do enjoy owning it. Perhaps I will become more used to it as I go along. I did set up a swimming routine on the phone app, but I can't 'find' it anywhere on the phone.. that is also frustrating. I get the feeling they (Garmin) have just tried to be a little bit 'too clever' with this device and they're missing the functionality basics. It has lots of functions but actually 'using' them (waiting and waiting for the GPS to 'load' for example) doesn't translate into useful or helpful training.

  12. My husband bought me one for my birthday last year and love it! The only problem was that the strap snapped. After calling the support at Garmin, they offered to send me a new one for free as I owned it for less than 13 months (Australia’s Customer Consumer law requires 12 month warranties to be valid for 13 months). Amazing customer service too! I hope they make a Vivosport 2 where they make the straps replaceable.

  13. My wrist is 17.5cm, garmin recommend me to wear a large size, i saw your review said you actually preferred regular size, would it be too short? Well, can you give me some advice? Or show me a picture?

  16. Having problem with my vivosports. Floor climbed doesn't seem to work. I have tried many times but fails to get anything it is just stuck on zero. I have gone through many forums and tried to find the barometer holes in case they are blocked but so far I couldn't locate them. It will be great if someone can point me out exactly where barometer is located.
