  1. Total POS. Save your money…..absolutely sucks in every function. Just threw mine in the trash

  2. ok review, but i am missing a bit of skeptisim/analysis toward the "health"-measurements like sleep-tracking, rest-heartrate.
… or at least a comparision with e.g. Garmin side-by side

  3. Prior buying Fitbit Charge 5 search for the reports with the black screen. That issue seems to be not fixable.

  4. Seriously I have to pay a subscription to see my own data!? This is why I am going with Garmin vivosmart 5. I wish google would get out of this space.

  5. ? my bf got me this for Valentine’s Day and I love it ive been needing something to keep up with my progress and health ?

  6. Can I control the music player on my phone using the watch? At least the play-pause, next-prev, and the volume up and down features?

  7. I can see my parent’s house in this video. It was filmed at the sunset reservoir in SF ?

  8. Fitbit Charge 5 is unreliable as i had a new unit replaced with a new one after 4 months but only lasted 10 months while the lasted refurbished unit lasted one 4 months. Very frustrating as i had alteady returned the latest defective unit for more 10 days and still no advise on replacement. Utterly disappointed as my latest charge 5 just blacked out when i am travelling where i had to rely on iPhone for time management not to mention the APPs that i need to sync with simply stop.?

  9. I just wish you could pause the step counter. I'm getting sick of it counting steps. I had over 2500 steps in an hour sitting at my desk.

  10. A year later, both the price and the subscription were lower. Looking at the comments below, people are comparing apples to oranges. Tracking vs. Smart Watch are different enough in detail. After a year of release, updates, and fixes, you can find the pros and cons of each model's strengths and weaknesses on the internet. It depends on what is most important to you. Smart Watch is better in replacing the phone, but they can't track health like a tracker. So far, Fitbit Charge 5 is still the best in Sleep tracking and if sleep is essential for you.

  11. I wouldn’t buy one again. The data on the Fitbit is different to the app data on my phone. I am particularly disappointed with achieving my 250 hourly steps on my Fitbit charge 5 then seeing it marked as not achieved on my phone. Occasionally, what the Fitbit on my phone records as achieved, later shows unachieved!
