This entire video lost credibility for me when Garmin was recommended for sleep tracking with Android devices, just because a store gave you the Garmin watch. It's well-known that Garmin's sleep tracking is terrible and confirmed by my own experience with their flagship devices. Go with a Fitbit or a Pixel Watch instead.
"I've used 22 different sleep trackers and I'll share my thoughts on each one…but I won't be talking about data accuracy." Well, I mean, at least you say it up front to save people time.
My friend’s Apple Watch told her that she had symptoms of sleep apnea and to check with her doctor. Sure enough, after a sleep study, she was diagnosed with sleep apnea
Thank you for this video. I use a Garmin Epix 2, but it can be quite bulky at night, im gonna get an oura ring
The apple watch is completely useless for sleep tracking. It thinks I sleep when I am watching netflix on the couch… Same for Garmin devices and Samsungs (i have tried them all). I would say that any non medical advice for sleep tracking is a pure scam. They do not REALLY measure how much you sleep and it can't tell the quality of your sleep either. They are just guessing using proxy data, and the guessing is bad bad bad… So a better way to sleep well, is to forget about this, one less thing to stress about, LoL.. Smartwatch sleeping trackers or phone app sleeping trackers, or any equipment not attached to your head measuring brainwaves are ALL a scam.
you made a mistake by not looking at sleep data accuracy, cause garminx is horrible and u talked so well about it
All I want is a smart watch which has a smart alarm to optimize my sleep and when exactly should i wake up
Hi. I would like to have an alarm clock that wakes me up in the "right" moment. That's it. What's your advice? (I have Android and an old Pebble Time watch that works wonderfully well, but two times a year a bug makes it to restart and cause it doesn't wake me up)
The Oura and Whoop looks like a good combo but can’t afford the 432$ per year subscription fees (especially after spending 600$ for both devices). ?
Thanks for the review. But you're talking like using 1.5x playback speed ?
Bro, what about the Fitbit? ? You didn’t try that one? I was hoping to see it in this video to see if the Fitbit sense 2 sleep tracker and smart alarm feature work well

I love my Apple watch but it doesn't track my sleep every night. Actually, it rarely does anymore. I've reset, restarted, re-synced and everything that Apple has recommended. I've also uninstalled the App and reinstalled it. Any recommendations from anyone?
