  1. Do I have to be connected to the phone all time to get the data acquire precisely?

  2. I wish I would have seen this video a year ago!!!!! I was a Whoop OG. I loved the app. I loved the recovery score and the journal. Once they started making us pay a monthly fee, I was done. I didn’t pay $400 for the honor of continuing to pay another $30 a month; forever. The Athletyc app has given me back the whoop functionality I’ve been missing. And you convinced me to upgrade my Apple Watch to the ultra. I didn’t need convincing, I just needed that extra “do it!” Whisper in my ear

  3. I’m a big Cristiano fan and he brought me to Whoop, now whoop search on YouTube brought me to you and now I’m subscribed to your channel!

Amazing channel! Keep up the great work man!

Hope to run into you in the city ??

  4. I genuinely find it hard to think this guy's views on any of the products seriously cause he stands to benefit by either getting sponsored by them or through affiliate links.

There is clear conflict of interest.

  5. If I run a 5k with a Whoop, how do I know when I reached the 5th km to stop?

  6. Hoe do you use both? For example you go running, does it not duplicate your workout in your apple health if you start a workout on both devices?

  7. Such a great summary in a very concise format. I have ultra 2 and testing out whoop 4.0 just to see if it provides extra metrics around strain, recovery, stress or any other metrics. Both devices seem pretty close, so will probably be returning whoop to avoid extra monthly payment ?

  8. Sad that whoop does a subscription- I was keen until this. So sick of monthly subscriptions

  9. Hey, thanks for the video I was just curious what app? Where are you using for your Apple Watch? Did you say it was called athletic

  10. If whoop isn't on subscription then it would have been awesome to go one time pay

  11. Obsessive health checking is unhealthy and makes you feel more disconnected from your body.

  12. I think it's really good that you mention what the side effects of the data are before going into the product review itself, feels like it does not get mentioned enough, kudos to you brother!

  13. Not whoop; had so many difficulties with synchronising over the 1 month try out period. Horrible
