  2. I you have a cardiac arrhythmias, the Oura ring is useless in its current version. Whoop is OK.

  4. You aren't supposed to take off the whoop. Shouldn't have to be choosing between which to wear.

  5. What's the opinion on their accuracy? I feel the ring design should change such that the lower part is some fabric such that it can be ok while doing weights.

  6. I’d say also depends what sport you are doing. If you are doing combat sport then ring is no go

  7. Tip for weights/kettlebells HIIT workouts. KT tape works great for protecting your Oura Ring while working out.

  10. Does the Oura ring have a journal tracking feature? That is the one feature that I like about Whoop tracking is I can compare bad sleeps to different items but I would rather have the ring! (I'm still in the Whoop 30 day trial)
